轄下組織事務委員會 AOAC

轄下組織事務委員會乃根據香港城市大學學生會會章5.7成立之常設委員會，以加速香港城市大學學生會轄下組織之成立及發展，負責協助學生會評議會監察管理本會轄下組織之有關事務，包括：

• 協助本會轄下組織﹝以下簡稱「各組織」﹞籌備委員會（下稱「籌委會」）統籌成立各院會、科會、屬會、聯會及宿生會；

• 協助各籌委會草擬會章，並就各組織之會章向各籌委會提供意見；

• 對各組織之全年工作計劃、報告及全年財政預算、報告提供意見；

• 制訂有關各組織之各項行政守則及指引；

• 就權力範圍所述各項向本會評議會提交報告。

轄下組織事務委員會對各組織之監察權力僅次於本會評議會，任何附屬於學生會之轄下組織均須服從轄下組織事務委員會之決定，而其權力範圍包括：

• 審閱並通過各組織籌委會之註冊申請，及其提交之籌委會職權範圍章；

• 監察各組織籌委會統籌成立各組織之工作；

• 審閱並通過各組織之會章；

• 審閱並通過各組織經修訂後之會章；

• 審閱並通過各屬會及聯會之重新註冊申請；

• 審閱及通過各組織所提交之文件；

• 監察各組織之工作。

Affiliated Organization Affairs Committee (AOAC) is a standing committee established in accordance with the Constitution of the City University of Hong Kong Students’ Union to facilitate the development of the affiliated organizations of City University of Hong Kong Students’ Union. AOAC is responsible for assisting the Union Council to supervise and manage matters of the affiliated organizations of CityUSU, including

• Assisting the Preparation Committee of all affiliated organizations of CityUSU to establish every College/Departmental/Divisional Society, Affiliated Clubs and Student Residents’ Associations;

• Assisting the Preparation Committee of all affiliated organizations of CityUSU to draft their Constitution and to give advice;

• To give advice to the working plan, working report, annual budget and annual report of all affiliated organizations of CityUSU;

• To establish corresponding administrative code and guide of all affiliated organizations of CityUSU;

• To submit reports to the Union Council under the authority of Affiliated Organization Affairs Committee.

The supervisory power of the Affiliated Organization Affairs Committee to all affiliated organizations of CityUSU is second only to that of the Union Council. Every affiliated organization of CityUSU has to obey the decisions made by the Affiliated Organization Affairs Committee. It has the following authorities:

• To consider and support application and term of reference submitted by the Preparation Committee of every affiliated organization of CityUSU;

• To supervise the preparation work of the Preparation Committee of every affiliated organization of CityUSU,

• To consider and support the Constitution of all affiliated organizations of CityUSU;

• To consider and support the amended Constitution of all affiliated organizations of CityUSU;

• To consider and support the application for re-registration of Divisional Society and Affiliated Clubs;

• To consider and support the documents submitted by the affiliated organizations of CityUSU;

• To supervise the work of all affiliated organizations of CityUSU.
