會員事務委員會 MAC

會員事務委員會乃根據香港城市大學學生會會章第7章所成立之常設委員會，負責協助本會評議會處理一切有關本會會員事務，其職責包括：

制訂或檢討有關本會會員之一切註冊及退會規條及手續；
整理及保存所有本會會員及本會各組織之成員資料；
協助或處理有關附屬會員、名譽會員及臨時會員之申請；
協助或處理有關基本會員退會之申請；
就有關各會員之資格、權利及義務向本會各組織提供意見；
每年度均須向本會評議會提交任終報告；
除特殊情況外，委員會須保密所有本會會員及本會各組織之成員資料。

Members Affairs Committee is a standing committee established in accordance with Chapter 7 of the Constitution of the City University of Hong Kong Students’ Union. It is responsible for assisting the Union Council to manage all matters of the members of the Union, including

To draw up or review the regulations and procedures of registration and disaffiliation;
To collate and preserve all information of the members of the Union and all organizations of CityUSU;
To assist or handle the applications of Associate Membership, Honorary Membership and Temporary Membership;
To assist or handle the applications of disaffiliation;
To give advice on the eligibility, rights and obligations of the members of the Union to all organizations of CityUSU;
To submit annual working report to the Union Council;
Except in extraordinary circumstances, all information of the members of the Union and all organizations of CityUSU would be kept strictly confidential by the Members Affairs Committee.
