秘書處 Secretariat

香港城市大學學生會評議會秘書處乃根據本會會章6.11成立之檔案及文件處理組織，其職責包括：

負責評議會會議紀錄；
保存及管理評議會及評議會屬下常設委員會之文件；
準備本會評議會會議文件；
協助推廣評議會；
於任期終結時，就本秘書處之權責範圍向評議會提交全年工作報告。

Council Secretariat is a standing committee established in accordance with Article 6.11 of the Constitution of the City University of Hong Kong Students’ Union to manage the filing system and process all documents. It is responsible for

Preparing minutes of Council meetings;
Keeping and managing the documents of the Council and Council Standing Organization;
Preparing meeting document of Council meetings;
Promoting the Council;
Submitting working report to the Council.
